ITINERARY

Day 1 : SRINAGAR

Upon arrival, our representative will meet you and escort you to your hotel. After checking in and relaxing for a while, venture out to explore Srinagar, the summer capital of Jammu and Kashmir, renowned for its Mughal gardens, serene lakes, and picturesque houseboats against the backdrop of hills. Take a leisurely walk along the charming roads, enjoying breathtaking views of the Zabarwan Mountain Ranges. Conclude the day with a 1-hour Shikara Ride on Dal Lake. Following a delightful dinner, return to your houseboat for a comfortable overnight stay.

Day 2 : SRINAGAR – DOODHPATHRI -SRINAGAR

Day 3 :SRINAGARr - GULMARG

After a delicious breakfast, embark on a day trip to Gulmarg, a scenic drive through colorful villages and rice fields providing insight into Kashmir's rich cultural past. Arriving in the picturesque market town of Tangmarg, proceed on a 14-kilometer scenic drive to Gulmarg, home to the world's highest golf course and renowned for winter sports like skiing. Opt for the optional Gondola Ride to Alapather via Khilanmarg for stunning views. Descend back to Gulmarg base and enjoy horse riding (at own cost) to the strawberry valley. Return to Srinagar in the evening, savor a hearty dinner, and relax for a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4 :GULMARG- SRINAGAR

Enjoy a delicious breakfast and check out from the hotel for a sightseeing tour. Begin with the historic Shankaracharya Temple, one of India's oldest temples. Then, visit Shalimar Bagh, a terraced garden with chinars and watercourses, featuring majestic fountains lit with lamps. Drive to Nishat Bagh, a 12-terraced garden with old chinars, rows of flowers, and a Mughal central water channel. Explore the beauty of Mughal Gardens with vibrant flowerbeds, fountains, and terraced lawns. Continue to Chashme Shahi, the smallest among the famous Mughal gardens. After a hearty dinner, return to the hotel for a restful night.

Day 5 : SRINAGAR - SONEMARG - SRINAGAR

After breakfast, embark on a full-day excursion to Sonamarg, known as the "Meadow of Gold. " Located at 9000 ft. against snow-clad mountains, Sonamarg offers picturesque views with the Sindh River flowing. Optionally, ride a horse (at own cost) to visit the Thajiwas Glacier, a major summer attraction where snow remains throughout the year. Sonamarg is recognized as the Gateway of Ladakh. Return to Srinagar in the evening, enjoy dinner, and retire to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 6 : SRINAGAR - PAHALGAM - SRINAGAR

After a delightful breakfast, head to Pahalgam. En route, visit the Saffron fields and the eleven-hundred-year-old Avantipur ruins. By lunchtime, arrive in Pahalgam, renowned in the Indian Film Industry. Enjoy nature walks along the banks of the River Lidder. Check into the hotel and start your excursion with an optional visit to Betaab Valley, named after the movie Betaab. Explore Chandanwari, a renowned glacier point, and the picturesque Aru Valley (optional tour), offering activities like hiking and horse riding. Optionally, take a Pony Ride (at own cost) to the beautiful tourist spot Baisaran. Return to Srinagar in the evening, have a hearty dinner, and enjoy a memorable overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 7 :SRINAGAR – MMASABAL LAKE -SRINAGAR DROP

After breakfast, check out from the hotel early in the morning and proceed to visit Mabasal Lake before starting your onward journey.

Exclusions:-

  • MFees for entering monuments, charges for using cameras, and airfare costs.
  • Any additional private transportation service.
  • Any form of insurance.
  • Any personal expenditures, optional excursions, and additional meals.
  • Any fees associated with safaris.
  • Charges during the peak season.
  • Bottled water, as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic meals and appetizers.
  • Anything not specified in the "Inclusions" section.
  • 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Payment Policy

  • For confirmation of the contracted services, an initial payment of 70% is required.
  • You are kindly requested to provide a 70% token or booking amount in advance.
  • The remaining 30% of the amount should be paid no later than 10 days before the commencement of the journey.
  • This final 30% payment is mandatory to confirm and secure your booking.

Cancellation Policy:-

  • If the tour or service is canceled 30 days prior to arrival, a 20% refund of the tour/service cost will be granted. Alternatively, you have the option to adjust your advance token amount in a future booking.
  • If canceled 10 days prior to arrival, a 50% refund of the tour/service cost will be issued.
  • A refund of 35% of the tour/service cost will be provided if canceled 5 days prior to arrival.
  • No refund will be provided if the cancellation occurs 7 days prior to arrival.

Terms and Condition:-

  • All reservations involving minors require approval from Lets Pack Holiday. The accompanying adult must ensure compliance with legal prerequisites for the minor's travel.
  • Adequate insurance coverage for the entire tour, covering illness, injury, loss of baggage, and cancellation, is the responsibility of the client.
  • Additional charges resulting from government-mandated increases in entrance fees or taxes post-finalization will be applied.
  • Itineraries are subject to change for factors like weather or road conditions, prioritizing participant safety and comfort.
  • Special journeys and peak season bookings (20th Dec to 15th Jan) have a specific cancellation policy provided as needed.
  • Travel insurance is not included; passengers should confirm coverage with their local health insurance carrier.
  • Hotels and airlines may adjust rates without notice, and modifications will be reflected in our quoted rates.
  • Cheque payments must be completed at least one week before document delivery or travel date; otherwise, we reserve the right to release the booking.

NOTES:-

Let's Pack Holiday reserves the right to determine the advance payment amount, taking into consideration the nature of the service and the time remaining until the commencement of the service. Additionally, for specific scenarios such as peak season journeys, hotel or resort bookings during festive periods (Christmas/New Year), or during fairs/festivals, full payment may be necessary to secure confirmed space.
